GFM technology allows area based measurement of allowances of moulded and forged parts by means of digital fringe projection within seconds.

A nominal – actual value comparison can be made, using CAD data or master parts.

All relevant parameters of parts like dimensions, allowances, evenness of sealing- or functional surfaces can be inspected, using GFM measuring devices, as well as the detection and classification of defects. The measuring device can be used in the production area for quality control or in the R&D.
