For the realisation of different measuring tasks with one device, we provide new sensors with integrated zoom optics. Microstructures and macro-contours are possible to measure with one device now. For the MikroCAD we are providing 3 different zoom areas which can be seen in the table below.

The micro-optical measuring device was developed for the fast and contact less measurement of micro profiles of technical surfaces. As measuring method of this contact less operating micro-optical 3D measuring device the digital fringe projection based on micro mirrors is applied. Thereby the 3D profile of the measuring object according to requirements can be measured within milliseconds or seconds and afterwards its calculation is available for further evaluation. By means of a very fast and real data acquisition more than 1.9 million measuring points are acquired in a few seconds and can be used then for the 3D measurement of the parts under investigation.

     
The measuring device is able to measure the 3D profile of metallic as well as non-metallic materials, where traditional tactile scanning measuring systems are failing. If required, an integration of the measuring device directly in automatic production lines is possible in order to realize an inline inspection of 3D profiles. Furthermore a direct comparison of the measured data with its CAD model is possible.
