MikroCAD - Optical 3D metrology for the 3D measuring of small and micro parts  | | | The micro-optical 3D measuring device MikroCAD compact is designed for the three-dimensional inspection of surface profile and roughness of small and micro parts with high measuring velocity and high precision. As measurement method of this contactless operating optical measuring system the digital fringe projection based on micro mirrors is implemented. The 3D profile of the measuring object is acquired and calculated within a few seconds and is subsequently available for further analysis.
