With our MicroCAD and MicroCAD wide field measuring devices, measuring the evenness of most different products and parts becomes ultimately simple. Even in a measuring area 600mm (2 ft.) wide, a level discrimination of 10 µm is possible, at measuring times down to 1 second.
The large depth range of the device allows for the complete acquisition of very flat as well as wavy surfaces at high precision, including the examination of embossed structures.
