The optical 3D measuring device TopoCAM is designed for the fast and highly precise measurement of 3D coordinates and surface contour of components with small and middle dimensions. The complete acquisition, evaluation and further processing of measuring data is carried out by means of the software package TopoXenios which includes - beside the measurement based on the digital stripe projection - all essential functions for the evaluation and presentation of 2D and 3D measuring data, the digitalization of measured 3D point clouds, the highly precise 3D matching and the nominal/ actual value comparison of measured data with CAD or master data sets.

A calibration method adjusted to the measuring system, a closed calibration concept and the use of certified adjusting pieces guarantee the compliance with the specified accuracies.
